At SOTAV, we kick-off all projects with a complementary stakeholder meeting (in-person / online or hybridized), where the scope of work and/or requirements are collaboratively defined to meet and/or determine the best course of action. A works plan with time schedule is subsequently rolled out.  If after consultations, there’s the need to revise or change course, we advise clients accordingly.
